NOTES :
Rental is in Euros. Exchange rates for sterling and US dollars are guide prices only.
Changeover days are Thursdays.
Prices include electricity, gas, water, swimming pool attendant, and maid service (8 hours per week), change of linen and towels once a week.
All payments including deposit ( 30%) payable in Euros only.
DISCOUNTS
There is a 10% discount for all confirmed bookings made before 30 April 2011.
A discount of 10% will be advised on all bookings of two weeks.
A special discount will be advised on bookings of three weeks or more.
PAYMENTS
A deposit of 30% must be received prior to confirmation of a booking.
Full payment must be received a minimum of 60 days prior the commencement of the rental.
