Living Accommodation
The Sitting Room
El Refugio is the home of Irish sculptor Brian O’Rorke and his wife Jilly; it is only rented out for a short period each year. It is divided into a main house and an Annexe on the lower ground floor. In the main house there is a large sitting/dining room; a well equipped modern kitchen with granite work surfaces, four gas burner rings with an electric oven/grill under.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is light and airy and leads onto the top terrace and barbecue area. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and Belling warm cupboard; in the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Master Bedroom
The main house has two double bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en suite dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with large bath, walk in shower and vanity basin. The main guest bedroom is twin bedded with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. Both rooms have fitted cupboards. The Annexe is approached from the pool terrace but access is also available through the master double bedroom above if required for baby sitting etc.
The Main Guest Bedroom
The Annexe has its own lawn and patio, together with a sitting room with kitchenette off with fridge/freezer and microwave; a cot could be set up here if needed. There are three double bedrooms.
